This Privacy Policy explains how Black Swan: War Impact Map (“Black Swan,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) handles information when you use the App.

Black Swan is an independent informational application that presents publicly reported information
concerning the effects of Russia’s war inside Russia and related regions.
The App:
does not require registration or creation of a user account;
does not ask users to provide their name, email address, telephone number , or postal address;
does not request access to precise device location;
does not request access to contacts, photographs, videos, files, camera, or microphone;
does not process donations;
may display advertisements through Google AdMob;
may offer an optional Google Play purchase to remove advertisements;

Although we do not directly request personal information, third-party services integrated into the App
may automatically process certain device and usage information.
3. Information We Do Not Directly Collect
GY Signal Studio does not operate a user-registration database for Black Swan.
We do not directly collect or store:
user names;
account passwords;
telephone numbers;
personal email addresses;
precise GPS location;
contact lists;
photographs or videos;
microphone recordings;
private messages;
payment-card details;
health information;
biometric information.
If a user voluntarily contacts us by email, we receive the information included in that communication.

6. Google Play Purchases
The App may offer an optional one-time purchase, such as Remove Ads, through Google Play.
Payments are processed by Google Play.
GY Signal Studio does not receive or store:
full payment-card numbers;
card security codes;
bank-account credentials;
Google Account passwords.
We may receive limited transaction information from Google Play, such as:
product identifier;
purchase status;
purchase token;
transaction confirmation;
entitlement status;
country or currency information where supplied by Google.
This information is used only to:
verify the purchase;
provide the purchased feature;
restore the purchase;

does not collect donations inside the App;

does not receive users’ payment-card details;
does not guarantee the availability or operation of external donation services;
does not provide digital goods or App benefits in exchange for external donations.
Any donation is a separate interaction between the user and the relevant third-party organisation.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation, UK GDPR, or similar legislation applies, information may

directly process.
However , no internet transmission, device, advertising system, email system, or storage method can be
guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device, Google Account, and network
connection.
16. Children
Black Swan concerns armed conflict, sanctions, infrastructure incidents, economic pressure, and related
geopolitical subjects.
The App is not designed for children and is intended for an adult audience.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through user accounts or
registration forms.
Parents and guardians should supervise minors’ access to content concerning armed conflict and
current geopolitical events.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
App functionality changes;
new SDKs or service providers are introduced;
advertising or purchasing functionality changes;
